President’s Message: 

Thank you for your interest in the Southern Nevada Hotel Concierge Association. Our association stands on a proud tradition of service excellence, cultural curiosity, and the belief that every guest interaction is an opportunity to create something meaningful. Its membership consists of professional hotel concierge at the premier resorts in Las Vegas where we serve our guests everyday.  Our mission is to provide education to the public about the exceptional service that a hotel concierge can give them, and to continue the learning process of our membership through educational symposiums, networking events, and our monthly business meetings.
